Julie Vetter, the county’s HR consultant, updated the Board on coaching and training: she said she has been conducting coaching sessions with Danielle Petersen and Bethany Gates, put together a HIPAA training program for the Sheriff’s Office and wrote a grant to help pay for it, and completed a job description for the Park Caretaker position.
Danielle and Terri reported improved communication and agreed to weekly touch points. Commissioner Hansen thanked them for their efforts and expressed a desire for continued success in improving workplace collaboration.
