Tim Magnin elected chair of Oconto County LEPC

At its Jan. 27 meeting, the Local Emergency Planning Committee elected Tim Magnin as chair and completed routine governance business including approval of the agenda, minutes, members list and bylaws.
The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) of the Oconto County Board of Supervisors elected Tim Magnin as its chair at a meeting held Jan. 27, 2026. Bob Bake nominated Magnin, Todd Skarban seconded the nomination, and a motion by Bake and Skarban to elect Magnin was voted on and carried.
The meeting also opened with routine approvals: a motion by Tim Cole and Bob Bake to approve the meeting agenda was carried, and a subsequent motion by Bake and Cole approved the minutes from the July 29, 2025 LEPC meeting. Chair Tim Magnin declared a quorum at 8:31 a.m.
