The applicant identified himself as CJ Lyons and described the worst flooding on the property as "about knee deep." When asked how deep the water gets, he said, "the worst experience I've had, it's got about knee deep." Board members and staff characterized that depth in subsequent discussion as roughly 2.5 feet and asked whether the shed could practically be moved to a different location on the lot; the applicant and staff indicated the present location is the most practical option.
