Steering committee votes to revive Rethink Folly website and assigns Mike Hammer to manage it

The body responded "Aye" with no opposed votes recorded and the chair said the website will be back up by the January meeting. James from the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments confirmed BCDCOG will maintain the interactive map.
