At the June 11 meeting the Titonka City Council approved a liquor license application for Titonka Brewing on a motion by Mike Fredrickson, seconded by Katie Prothman. The council also approved a cigarette and tobacco permit application for the Titonka Food Center on a motion by Katie Prothman, seconded by Tyler Smith.
Earlier in the meeting the council amended the agenda to add approval of Smidtys' liquor license for Indian Days, noting that final approval was contingent on authorization from the State of Iowa.
