The Titonka City Council on July 16 approved hiring Michael Cassibo for the city's Utility Maintenance position at a starting rate of $22 per hour. The council recorded the action as "Motion Carried."
The council also approved a pay incentive structure tied to professional certifications: $0.50 per hour for each certification in water treatment, wastewater and gas, for a maximum total increase of $1.50 per hour if all three certifications are obtained.
