Pittsford Planning Commission approves agenda, swears participants and closes hearing

At its Sept. 26, 2024 hearing the Pittsford Planning Commission approved the agenda unanimously, swore participants, and closed the hearing at 7:13 p.m. after approving a subdivision application for the Eloise Giddings Revokable Trust Agreement.
The Pittsford Planning Commission convened at 7:03 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2024, with Chair Kevin Blow presiding and five commissioners present. Commissioner Rick Conway moved to approve the hearing agenda; Mark Pape seconded and the vote was unanimous.
All participants were sworn in for the hearing. After hearing a presentation from Zoning Administrator Jeff Biasuzzi and comments from the applicants, the commission approved the subdivision application and later voted to close the hearing at 7:13 p.m. Recording Secretary Charlene Bryant filed the minutes.
