Commissioner Bingham moved to approve Ordinance 648 and Commissioner Perry seconded; the motion passed with all in favor. Lyons noted the ordinance consolidates multiple housekeeping changes into a single ordinance to maintain code consistency with state law and to ensure county review authority was placed where the planning commission requested it.
