Board authorizes GIS data transfer and extends MGT contract for cost allocation plan
Summary

Commissioner David Comai moved and the committee consented to authorize Chair Fisher to sign a Data Transmission Agreement for a GIS shapefile related to Zoning Department land splits and to waive the $3,500 fee. The action is intended to support intergovernmental work on land split mapping and permitflow.
Separately, the board approved a contract extension with MGT of America to prepare the countywide 2 CFR Cost Allocation Plan of indirect costs at both state and federal levels. Administration said the work is required to document and allocate indirect costs according to federal and state requirements; the contract will be managed by administration and finance staff.
