Mountrail County Commissioners approved purchasing five new time clocks from UKG Kronos totaling $18,075 and authorized Recorder Melissa Vachal to buy a scanner for $5,643.26 from the Document Preservation Fund. The board also approved out-of-state travel for the Recorder to attend the Property Records Industry Association Winter Symposium (Feb. 24-26, 2026) in Virginia Beach, VA.
All motions passed by unanimous roll call. The purchases were processed through the appropriate fund accounts and the board noted the conference travel will follow county travel policies.
