Harvey reported operating expenditures of about $563,753 against a $3.2 million operating budget and a capital budget showing roughly $22.4 million remaining of a $41,000,000 capital allocation. Committee members asked for clarification about old project numbers and encumbrances; Harvey explained staff is closing legacy project numbers and transferring remaining balances to current project accounts. The committee voted to accept the dashboard report at the meeting.
