Tentative budget: The board moved to adopt the tentative 2025 RDA budget (the version previously presented). Commissioner Summers made the motion and Commissioner Bingham seconded; the motion passed by voice vote. County Auditor Shirley told the board the tentative budget contained "nothing's changed" from the earlier presentation and staff will prepare final materials for the Dec. 4 meeting.
Public hearing and adjournment: The RDA opened a statutorily required public hearing on the tentative budget; no members of the public spoke. The board then closed the public hearing on a motion by Commissioner Summers, seconded by Commissioner Bingham. The RDA adjourned and returned to the county commission; the chair said the board will meet Dec. 4 to consider final budget adoption.
