MBA approves minutes, then adjourns to reconvene County Commission

Later in the meeting a committee member moved to adjourn the Municipal Building Authority meeting and reconvene the County Commission; the Chair seconded and members again voted "Aye," approving the motion. The meeting record shows no formal vote or decision on the proposed sale of Parcel 04-091-0003 to 5 Element Energy & Environmental Systems LLC; the company presented its proposal and county staff said they would review the proposal and the contract with the landfill director and county attorney before any further action.
