City Administrator Rachel St. Pierre outlined specific next steps for the strategic-planning process: drafting the first community survey, scheduling the first public session, developing a stakeholder list, gathering existing-conditions data, beginning inventory work on streets and sidewalks, preparing a State of Bel-Nor report, and creating a communication plan to document Board and resident feedback.
A motion to adjourn the work session was made by Alderperson Ryan Brockschmitt and seconded by Alderperson Terri Durand; the session adjourned at approximately 5:59 p.m. The minutes record that the Board was encouraged to speak with residents and gather input for inclusion in the planning process.
