The settlement package identifies the defendants and requires an executed Combined Subdivision Participation and Release Form (the "Combined Participation Form") to be submitted by participating subdivisions. The notice materials indicate a participation deadline of May 4, 2026 for initial inclusion in participation calculations; the release would become effective as to individual remnant defendants only if those defendants elect to move forward. County counsel recommended discussing terms with counsel; Commissioners approved the agreement and directed staff to return any documents needed for signature.
