"They quashed that on a 2 to 1 vote... there was no tally change which verifies that we can all count," staff said.
Board members asked about access to equipment and where ballots and machines have been stored; staff said items have been secured in an iron‑cage storage area or secured storage and that state police locks are presently on the cage while state investigators complete their work. The board and staff discussed scheduling challenges for potential additional hearing days and the timing required to meet candidate certification deadlines.
