The proposed process runs from June through December 2026 and is expected to include roughly six Board work sessions and six public sessions, community surveys in multiple formats, development of a State of Bel-Nor report, preparation of a vision statement and a strategic or comprehensive plan, and creation of an implementation matrix identifying government commitments and priorities. Board members emphasized the need for clear documentation and comparisons with other municipalities where relevant to support decision-making.
