Braegger said the commission "was able to get through all of them" in review and noted ongoing map and alignment work for Granite Ridge. The commission's work session covered uses, mapping and phase alignments that staff and commission members will continue to adjust as development proposals advance.
Why it matters: changes to the zoning table of uses and alignments along a major corridor may shape development patterns and permitting requirements for properties along Highway 89 and in the Granite Ridge area. Staff and the Planning Commission will continue work and bring formal amendments back for council consideration if required.
