Staff reports three administrative filings; Kroger and Lions Trans set for Aug. 24 meeting

Staff reported three administrative filings this month (Auburn Ridge secondary plat, interstate retail lot for Texas Roadhouse, Gateway 74 secondary plat) and announced Kroger and PSDP‑26‑14 (Lions Trans) will appear at the Aug. 24 APC meeting.
Planning staff told the commission there were three administrative filings in July: CPSP‑26‑7 (Auburn Ridge 6 & 3 secondary plat), CPSP‑26‑8 (interstate retail lot that will house a Texas Roadhouse), and CPSP‑26‑9 (Gateway 74 secondary plat). Staff also said two cases are scheduled for the August 24 APC meeting: the continued Kroger hearing and PSDP‑26‑14 (Lions Trans Incorporated DPR), the latter of which had been dismissed in February and required the six‑month wait to be refiled.
President (speaker 1) closed the meeting after a motion to adjourn; the APC is now scheduled to reconvene on Aug. 24.
