Council suspended its city council meeting to convene as the South Weber Community Redevelopment Agency (RDA). Staff reported they had met with the affected taxing entities and that those boards had approved the interlocal agreements required to allow a diversion of property tax revenue to the Old Fort Road Community Reinvestment Area.
The RDA board moved to approve RDA Resolution 25‑01 to adopt the interlocal agreement and begin the public‑notice window; staff said public notice and a 30‑day public hearing would follow in April and the state would be notified about the project area plan and budget as required by statute.
