Planning staff and the applicant said a solid fence and additional landscaping will provide the required buffer and that the lot will be private to the clinic; staff suggested speaking with the property owner about goodwill parking arrangements after hours but did not make it a condition of approval. Commissioner Pabst moved to approve PSDP-26-12 with staff recommendations; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
