Director, deputy director report on audit, interoperability and storm response; Brown Township buys generator for warming shelter

Deputy Director Alvin Rischel presented December statistics and briefed the board on operational responses to the December snow storm. Rischel also noted upcoming emergency management trainings for the county and reported that Brown Township has purchased a new generator so its township hall can be used as a warming shelter in future events. The board agreed that Mr. Rischel will present statistics every other month to align reporting with the Public Safety schedule.
