Commissioner Eric Gustad moved to accept the financials and Commissioner Karen Goodman seconded; the motion carried with four commissioners voting yea and three commissioners absent. The Ways & Means report filed with the board itemized fund-level payments, including General Fund totals of $320,102.45 and combined payments of $1,685,053.65 for checks and ACHs for the period Dec. 1–31, 2025, and total payroll of $720,870.08 for the payroll runs noted in the report.
The board placed the approved claims and payroll on file. The minutes list multiple fund balances and program funds (for example Land Bank Fund $290,138.04 and OPEB Trust Fund $36,626.99) but do not include further line-item detail in the public minutes.
