Land Bank reports demolition reimbursements visible; small administrative overages noted

The Manistee County Land Bank reported that demolition reimbursements appear on the Oct.–Dec. 2025 financial report and that administrative overages tied to completed demolitions totaled less than $1,000.
Rachel Nelson reviewed the Land Bank financial report for October through December 2025 and said reimbursements for demolition projects are now visible on the report. "Reimbursements for the demolition projects are now viewable on the report," Nelson stated, describing where revenue and expense items appear.
Project Manager Katie Gruenberg told the board that administrative cost overages related to completed demolitions were minimal, collectively totaling less than $1,000. "There were some administrative cost overages associated with the completed demolitions, but they were minimal and collectively totaled less than $1,000," Gruenberg said. The report and discussion did not identify other major budget variances for the quarter.
