Gruenberg reported one Land Bank Authority project at 7780 Lake Street is facing cost challenges that "may affect scope or outcome," and reminded the commission that all grant‑funded projects must be completed by Sept. 1 with no extensions available. The commission discussed the fiscal and scheduling implications for ongoing work and reimbursements, and asked staff to continue monitoring project budgets and timelines.
