Council adopts multiple ordinances and approves large consent agenda; one wildlife item held and separately approved

The council completed second readings and adopted multiple ordinances, including ordinance 2026-12 (bond appropriation of $31,055.06 for equipment) and ordinance 2026-13 (an amendment to bond ordinance 2020-10). Council members recorded aye votes on the adoptions. "May I have a motion to adopt ordinance 2026-12?" the mayor asked before the council moved and recorded ayes to adopt the ordinance.
A large consent agenda covering administration, engineering, finance, fire, police, public works, tax and clerk items was presented and approved after the council held item F (an agreement relating to Wildlife Preserves/Great Peace Meadows) for a separate vote. On that separate vote the transcript shows one council member voting no while other members voted aye; the item passed. Council also approved the bills list after Mr. McCluskey, the chief financial officer, certified that funds were available.
