City to adopt 2021 International Property Maintenance Code after officer certification

Council Member Curry reported that Code Enforcement Officer Neil Berkley has received certification on the International Property Maintenance Code. As a result, the City will adopt the 2021 edition, which amends the 2006 version that Southgate has been using.
