Kay County names Health Department requisition officers, declares and trashes surplus refrigerator
Summary
The BOCC authorized requisition and receiving officers and inventory clerks for the Kay County Health Department and approved a surplus declaration and disposal (junk) resolution for a Frigidaire refrigerator; both actions were approved unanimously.
On Feb. 23 the Board of County Commissioners authorized Requisition Officers (Laura Pameticky, Sarah Patterson, Kyra Penny), Receiving Agents (Molly Lee, Bonnie Nash), and Inventory Clerks (Laura Pameticky, Melinda Pappan) for Kay County Health Department accounts.
In the same meeting the BOCC declared a Health Department Frigidaire refrigerator surplus (Res#25, 26-96) and approved a resolution to junk the unit (Res#25, 26-97). Each motion was approved unanimously by the three-member board. The minutes identify the personnel and resolution numbers; they do not include reasons for disposal beyond the surplus designation.
The County Clerk’s Office holds the detailed records for the appointments and the surplus/disposal paperwork for public inspection.
