The board also approved an encumbrance of $29,221.66 from the 2007 Sales Tax Fairgrounds Fund to the Comanche County Fairgrounds Trust Authority for reimbursement of fairgrounds operations.
The board approved an Oklahoma Tax Commission notarized claim (Form 969) for Comanche County’s loss of revenue due to additional homesteads for 2025 in the amount of $607,952 pursuant to Title 62 § 193 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The consent agenda and listed blanket purchase orders and claims were approved by voice vote with Commissioners Powers, John and Owens voting aye.
