Jail Administrator David Weber reported to the Comanche County Facilities Authority that the detention center had 206 inmates as of Jan. 30, 2026, comprised of 168 males and 38 females. He said eight inmates were ready to be sent to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and that eight were transferred to DOC during the week prior to the meeting.
Weber provided a wider population snapshot, saying there were 218 inmates at CCDC and 105 housed in other counties, for a combined total of 323 inmates across facilities. The trustees recorded the figures during their Feb. 2 meeting in Room 302 of the Comanche County Courthouse in Lawton.
