The Oneida County Planning and Development Committee voted to approve Ordinance Amendment #13-2025, which proposes revisions to Chapter 9 sections on administrative review, enforcement/variances/appeals, and Tourist Rooming House provisions of the Oneida County Zoning and Shoreland Protection Ordinance. Planning Director Karl Jennrich presented the proposal and answered members' questions.
On a motion by Billy Fried, seconded by Bob Almekinder, the committee approved forwarding a resolution to the County Board to place the amendment on the consent agenda; the motion carried with all members present voting “Aye.” Staff will prepare the resolution and associated materials for the County Board packet.
