The Oneida County Planning and Development Committee considered Ordinance Amendment #09-2025 to amend definitions in Chapter 9, Article 10 of the Oneida County Zoning and Shoreland Protection Ordinance but did not approve it on May 13. Planning staff, including Director Karl Jennrich and Assistant Director Todd Troskey, described the proposed language and its intended changes.
After public comment from Brian Euclide and Paul DeLeers, the committee moved to approve and forward the amendment to the County Board; the motion failed with all members present voting “Nay.” Committee members instructed staff to research the language further and bring a revised proposal back at a future meeting.
