The Planning Commission approved the consent agenda by voice vote after the Chair called for any errors or items to pull and none were raised. The Chair reminded the public that the commission issues recommendations to City Council and said most cases on the agenda will be forwarded to City Council for final action at the next meeting.
After hearing staff presentations and handling public hearing items, the Commission heard no additional staff updates. A commissioner moved to adjourn; following a voice vote the Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 10:18 a.m. "We stand adjourned at 10:18AM," the Chair said.
The meeting covered three substantive agenda items: a rezoning recommendation (case 2026-59Z), a recommended CUP approval for the Rialto/Rusty Chicken (case 2026-63CUP), and a tabled redevelopment CUP for 3101 Woodlawn (case 2026-64CEP).
