The Planning Commission tabled a conditional use permit request for a proposed warehouse/office redevelopment at 3101 Woodlawn Boulevard (case 2026-64CEP) to the Aug. 11 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at the applicant's request.
Miss York, speaking for staff, said Urban Ventures called late in the day asking for more time to resolve items with the property owner and with staff so the redevelopment submittal could be complete. "They're asking that the commission table the item to the August 11 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting," she said, and staff indicated support for that timetable.
A motion to table the item to Aug. 11 was made, seconded and passed on a voice vote. Staff will expect revised materials from the applicant ahead of the Aug. 11 hearing and will advise the commission if outstanding issues remain.
