Council presses enforcement on sidewalks and school-site obligations

"That was on the approved plan for the day care... they did not construct it," one council member said while directing staff to follow up on enforcement. Council discussed options where the school district owns land, including city-supplied labor and school-supplied materials to complete missing segments. The council advised staff to review outstanding site-plan obligations and to return enforcement updates to council as follow-up.
