The council approved a 3rd amendment to the Paradigm Manufacturing development agreement to clarify an inconsistency related to a reimbursement incentive; the motion passed unanimously.
Following executive session, council members moved and approved a direction for staff to draft an interlocal agreement (ILA) between the City of Hutto and Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 3 modeled on Round Rock’s agreement. One council member asked staff to return a proposed agreement for review; another clarified the reference was to Round Rock and ESD 9 materials dating back to April 20, 2017. The motions to approve the Paradigm amendment and to direct staff on the ESD ILA each passed 7–0.
