Pardo described proposed fundraising plans—a donated Fender guitar and a Pampered Chef appliance to raffle, and a dinner event with local musicians where the building owner would keep dinner proceeds while Roscoe Rescue would run raffles. She asked the board to schedule the license request for the next meeting to allow time for the state application process and thanked commissioners for recognizing that she followed proper procedures to apply for the license.
The board did not act immediately but agreed staff could place the item on the July meeting agenda for formal consideration.
