The motion to approve the docket carried with recorded votes of Ronny Fulks, yes; Mark Meyer, yes; Paul Meyer, yes.
The minutes also record routine auditing steps: review and approval of blanket purchase orders and claims for personnel services, travel, maintenance and operations, and capital outlay. The agenda packet had been posted Feb. 28, 2025 at 10:55 a.m.
