Deputy Director Katie Bronson introduced Ryan Gentile to the board and the WCCFDC approved a resolution authorizing him to interface with all banks on behalf of the organization. The board welcomed Gentile; Kaye Stone-Gansz moved the resolution, Kenneth VanFleet seconded, and all present voted to approve the authorization.
The board recorded the authorization as part of routine organizational housekeeping. No questions were raised after the introduction. The action was recorded in the meeting minutes as approved by all members present.
