The WCCFDC Board approved its annual organization and calendar of meetings at the Jan. 27, 2026 session in Lyons. Chair David Fantuzzo opened discussion about shifting the organization’s monthly Board of Directors meeting from the fourth Tuesday to the third Monday starting in April; board members indicated informal agreement but asked that the change be finalized by an authorizing resolution at the February meeting.
Deputy Director Katie Bronson told the board that no new organizational policies were proposed in 2025 as part of the annual review. Amanda McDonald moved to approve the annual organization and calendar resolution; Kaye Stone-Gansz seconded and all present voted in favor. The board recorded consensus to revisit and formally adopt any calendar change at the February meeting before it takes effect.
