At its Jan. 27 meeting the WEDC Board moved through several routine organizational resolutions with no substantive discussion.
Amanda McDonald moved to approve a resolution designating an official newspaper; Kaye Stone-Gansz seconded and all present approved. The board similarly approved a resolution authorizing signatures on county contracts and shared-services arrangements; those motions also passed unanimously.
Board members did not request additional details during those votes. The approvals were recorded as part of the board’s annual organization business for 2026.
