The Community Engagement Committee reviewed a summary of the developmental services division's 2025 community-education and transition-planning activities and received a flyer for the Next Steps Conference. Committee members noted that events and activities are shared on the county calendar, the CSB Board's three-month planning calendar, the BHW monthly newsletter and on social media.
Tawna Hampton asked whether board members could attend these events and staff member Ivy Sager confirmed they could and that staff would ensure links and calendar listings are current. The committee discussed coordinating outreach to avoid duplication and highlighted Hanover Arc's shared-calendar practices as a possible model.
