Committee members discussed concrete next steps to gather community input, including listening sessions for providers and clients, a public survey, and services mapping to identify gaps and reduce duplication. "Ms. Eggleston tasked this committee with spearheading efforts related to school-based mental health (SBMH) services," the minutes state. Eggleston said she would bring a follow-up report to the April board meeting and that staff are preparing a presentation explaining the Hanover CSB board's specific role and boundaries.
