County Administrator Dzwinel, Sheriff Knowles and Clerk Mueller reviewed a package of public safety projects and the committee voted unanimously to support staff recommendations to forward them to the Executive Committee for further action. The package includes Justice Center lobby, hallway and Clerk of Court front-counter upgrades; purchase of Axon cameras and tasers; a CSU package scanner and CSU security door; a Co-Responder Unit office; Locution Solutions fire-dispatching; an SCU Livescan booking station; and a rescue-boat repaint.
