Price County selects Kerber Rose as audit firm after closed-session interviews

The committee adjourned to closed session at 9:45 a.m. under Wis. Stat. §19.85(e) to interview representatives from Kerber Rose (Greg Pitel), Baker Tilly (Vanessa Kane and Nick Goeman) and Clifton Larson Allen (April Anderson, Jon Trautmann and Jonathan Sherwood). The committee returned to open session at 11:58 a.m. (roll call 5–0). Motion Palecek/Houdek to approve the resolution naming Kerber Rose carried; the resolution will be forwarded to the County Board of Supervisors for consideration.
