Examples recorded in the resolution texts include: Susan Wellman offered $91,000 to purchase parcel 014-00481-0001 (Resolution 2023-09); Nordic Hills Investments, LLC offered $216,000 for parcel 036-00052-0000 (Resolution 2023-10); Rudy Beachy offered $77,900 for parcels 004-00389-0001 and 004-00391-0001 (Resolution 2023-11); Gary Joholski offered $50,000 for parcel 186-00078-0000 (Resolution 2023-12); Dan Sheldon offered $23,760 for parcel 040-00228-0000 (Resolution 2023-13); Dorthy Flood offered $18,000 for parcel 034-00322-0003 (Resolution 2023-14); David and Rita Stalsberg offered $6,000 for parcel 181-00031-0000 (Resolution 2023-15); Richard Gardner offered $1,360 for parcel 008-00158-0000 (Resolution 2023-16); and Trent Johnson offered $27,000 for parcels 040-00120-0004 and 040-00122-0008 (Resolution 2023-17).
Each resolution states the county had acquired title by court judgment and that proceeds will be distributed as designated by statute. All motions to adopt the resolutions were carried by voice vote at the meeting.
