The Hanover County Community Services Board (CSB) Programming Committee reviewed feedback gathered at the February full‑board meeting and agreed there were no further changes to offer at this time. Ivy Sager said staff "would seek additional input from each committee over the next month," and the committee reiterated a timeline for revising the priorities.
Under the plan discussed, the committee review would be completed in March, an initial draft of the updated Strategic Priorities and Goals would be presented to the full Board in April, and the Board would consider final adoption in June. Woodi Sprinkel noted she was "particularly interested in the input offered by the Legislative Committee," and members agreed to route relevant feedback through the Community Engagement and Legislative Advocacy committees as appropriate.
Committee members did not take a formal vote on substantive changes at the meeting; the group focused on process and scheduling. The Programming Committee will reconvene as needed and the full Board will receive the draft in April for further consideration.
