Board approves minutes, welcomes new member and sets next meeting

At the Jan. 28 meeting the Wayne County Planning Board approved the Dec. 10, 2025 minutes (one abstention), welcomed Tim Spinning as the Marion representative, and adjourned; the next meeting is set for Feb. 25, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.
The board approved minutes from its Dec. 10, 2025 meeting after Mr. Kenneth Conklin moved to approve and Ms. Patricia Marini seconded; the approval carried with Mr. Dennis Grabb recorded as abstaining. Executive Director Brian Pincelli formally welcomed Tim Spinning as the new representative for the Town of Marion.
With no further business, the board adjourned at 7:56 P.M. Kenneth Conklin moved to adjourn and Scott Allen seconded. The board scheduled its next meeting for Feb. 25, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. Assistant Secretary Katherina Wisniewski signed the meeting record.
