Clermont County approves contract deputy for Bethel Tate Local School District effective Jan. 1, 2026

The Board executed a Contract for Law Enforcement Services with the Bethel Tate Local School District to provide one contract deputy, effective Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2028. Under the contract the school district is responsible for all personnel costs for the deputy and will pay 50% of the patrol vehicle cost and 50% of the annual fees associated with the position.
The contract was executed in compliance with Section 311.29 of the Ohio Revised Code and approved by the Board as recorded in the official minutes.
