Council approves $215,310 design agreement with Prism Land for 272nd/76th water main project

The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Council members asked clarifying questions about mapping and whether water mains run under private parcels; Litton said mains in this area are generally located in the road and that mapping remains under QA/QC. Staff flagged the project as straightforward but noted the need to finalize budget details for construction next year.
